If you live in Saskatoon or nearby, I am happy to accept cash on delivery/pick up, and shipping will be free :)

 

Canada & USA:
I usually ship using FedEx Ground within Canada and to the US. I can always ship Express as well if you need you painting more quickly. Please email to let me know your shipping requirements.

Huge paintings and shipments overseas will be shipped rolled to save on shipping cost, and to protect your investment. Paintings that will be shipped rolled will say so in the painting description. All others will be shipped stretched on wooden stretcher bars, with gallery wrapped edges. If you live in Canada or the US, and you would like to have your huge painting shipped stretched, I will send you a Paypal invoice for $60 USD. TRANSIT TIME:
Your order is shipped as soon as your painting has hardened enough to ship safely. Approximately 2 weeks will be required to complete your order, including drying time. I will contact you with the shipment and tracking information when your painting is ready to be shipped. Shipping transit time is generally 7 to 10 business days. Please contact me if you need your painting to be completed sooner, and I will let you know if it will be possible.

If you would like to have your painting shipped stretched, Internationsal Surface Mail (4 - 8 weeks delivery) usually costs about $80 USD, depending on the painting's size. I can send you a Paypal invoice for the shipping cost.

*Because of Postal size limitations, not all sizes are available for all countries. If it is determined that your painting cannot be shipped because of size restrictions, your payment will be refunded within 7 business days.*

I will gladly accept a return for exchange or refund within fourteen (14) days from date of shipment.

How to return a painting:

1. To return your painting, please pack it in the original box, paper, and bubblewrap.

2. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like me to take: Replacement or Refund. Items returned damaged without proper packaging will not be credited.

3. Bring the box to your local Post Office, or FedEx Depot, and have it shipped back to me, with tracking and insurance for the full amount of the painting's value.

4. Refunds ~ Refunds will be processed as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase, a credit to the PayPal account used at the time of purchase, or in the form of a check drawn from CAD funds for all other methods of payment. All refund checks will be mailed to the Billing Address used when the order was placed.
